1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods sold by VPA Parts must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to any errors which we will notify you of promptly.

4. Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with VPA Parts. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Payment

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that the payment method is yours and that you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase.

All transactions are conducted in GBP. VPA LTD is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or card provider.

6. Delivery

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK orders, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). 7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

Upon cancellation and return of the goods in their original condition and packaging, we will refund the price paid for the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned items. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, VPA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
