Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our range, add the parts you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you need help finding the right part for your vehicle, email us at contact@vpagroup.co.uk with your vehicle make, model, and year.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at contact@vpagroup.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments on vpaparts.com are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Our site uses SSL encryption to keep your personal and payment information safe.
Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer completely free next-day delivery on all UK orders with no minimum order value. There are no hidden charges or surcharges for standard UK delivery.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow 5–10 working days for international delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unused parts returned in their original packaging. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the date of receipt. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, email us at contact@vpagroup.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions within 2 working days.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please photograph the damage within 48 hours of receipt and email the photos to contact@vpagroup.co.uk along with your order number. We will arrange a free collection and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
I received the wrong item. What happens now?
We're sorry about that. Email us at contact@vpagroup.co.uk with your order number and a description of what you received. We will provide a free return label and dispatch the correct item as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Are your parts genuine OEM or aftermarket?
Our parts are high-quality OEM-equivalent aftermarket components. This means they are manufactured to the same specifications and tolerances as original equipment, providing the same fit, finish, and performance — at a significantly lower price than genuine parts from a main dealer.
How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?
Each product listing includes the compatible vehicle makes, models, and year ranges. If you are unsure about fitment for your specific variant, please email us at contact@vpagroup.co.uk with your full vehicle details (make, model, year, and engine/trim variant) and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
Which brands do you stock parts for?
We stock aftermarket parts for Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, and Kia. Our range is always growing, so if you can't see your vehicle brand listed, please get in touch as we may be able to source the part for you.
Can I fit the parts myself?
Many of our parts — particularly headlights and lighting components — can be fitted by a competent DIYer with basic mechanical knowledge. However, we always recommend having parts fitted by a qualified mechanic to ensure correct installation, especially for components that affect your vehicle's roadworthiness or MOT compliance.
