1. Free UK Next-Day Delivery

We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on all UK orders with no minimum order value. Whether you are ordering a single part or multiple items, delivery within mainland UK is completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees or surcharges for standard UK delivery.

2. Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your parts as soon as possible.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@vpagroup.co.uk.

4. UK Delivery Timeframe

Standard UK deliveries are next-day for orders dispatched on a working day. Please note that delivery to some remote areas of the UK, including certain parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may take an additional 1 to 2 working days. If your address falls within a remote area, we will notify you at checkout or upon dispatch.

5. International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. Please add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the available international shipping options and their costs.

6. International Delivery Timeframe

International orders typically take 5 to 10 working days to arrive, depending on the destination country and any customs processing times. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, local postal services, and public holidays in the destination country.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and related charges that may be levied by the destination country's customs authority. VPA Parts has no control over these charges and is unable to predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing your order. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue orders on customs declarations.

8. Bank Holidays

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a UK bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Delivery timeframes will be calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

9. Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier and do our utmost to resolve the issue promptly.

For parcels reported as delivered by the courier but not received, we ask that you first check with neighbours and any safe locations where the parcel may have been left, and then contact us so we can raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

10. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately upon receipt and email the photographs to contact@vpagroup.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
